CalorieMenus is an independent, ad-supported nutrition reference for fast-food and quick-service restaurant menus in the United States. We exist for one reason: to make it easy to look up exactly what is on your tray before you order, with calorie counts, full macronutrient breakdowns, sodium, cholesterol, and allergen information for every item we have data for.

The site is built around static HTML pages — one per chain, one per item, one per category — so it loads fast on any phone, works without JavaScript, and is fully crawlable by search engines. There is no app to install, no account to create, and no paywall. Just the numbers, organized clearly.

What you'll find

Who this is for

CalorieMenus is built for diners who want to make informed choices: people tracking macros for fitness or weight goals, people managing chronic conditions like high blood pressure or high cholesterol, parents trying to navigate a kid's food allergy, and anyone who just wants to know what they are actually eating. Our calorie pages are also useful as a starting point if you are following a structured diet — a 2,000-calorie maintenance plan, a 1,600-calorie cut, or anything else — and want to see how a specific menu item fits into your daily budget.
